McCOOK, Neb. (KSNB) — A 22-year-old man has died while in custody at the Red Willow County Detention Center, according to a press release from the Red Willow County Sheriff’s Office. Blaine Allen Frerichs, of Bartley, died on Tuesday while in the custody of the detention center.
